The ideal candidate will oversee the company's sales. They will ensure that sales run smoothly and that target goals and revenues are met. This candidate will build relationships with customers throughout a territory and generate new leads for business.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage sales account relationships
• Identify and pursue new customer acquisition
• Conduct cold-calls for potential leads
• Communicate with established leads within the territory and develop rapport

Qualifications

• Established shipper relationship/ Book of business
• 5+ years of experience in the industry in a similar role
• Proficient using TMS platforms and other logistics tools
• Ability to travel and work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to hit sales quotas
• Teamwork and leadership
