Position Overview



Due to continued business growth, we are seeking experienced BIM Modellers to join our team in Poland. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile construction and infrastructure projects across Europe. The ideal candidate will have experience with BIM workflows and integration of geospatial data such as laser scan & total station outputs.  

 

This role is primarily office-based or hybrid, depending on project arrangements. No onsite or field work is required, and there are no night, weekend or travel requirements associated with this position.


What You Will Do



  • Modelling both architectural and MEP 3D BIM models in Revit based on surveyed point-cloud datasets
  • Utilising a range of software’s such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks & AutoCAD.
  • Setting-up of models and federation of survey datasets from multiple sources
  • Quality assurance of models in accordance with Woolpert and industry-wide BIM standards
  • Liaising with project stakeholders such as clients, internal management, and our supply chain to ensure clear communication of project scope and model requirements
  • Actively contributing to the long-term development of the BIM standards and workflows
  • Supporting Scan-to-BIM workflows and contributing to improvements in internal modelling practices


What You Will Bring



  • A relevant qualification in Surveying, Geomatics, or Engineering, and at least 2 years’ experience working with Autodesk Revit in the construction, architectural, civil, landscape, or surveying sector
  • Strong Autodesk Revit skills
  • Experience with 3D point-clouds and Scan-to-BIM workflows
  • Solid understanding of surveying and geospatial engineering principles.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Right to work in Poland.
