You will be part of a highly talented team that develops and tests multiple different Automotive system solutions based on cutting edge technologies.
Your Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end project management of different software projects.
You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure alignment between stakeholders, and drive execution while also acting as Scrum Master for the team, ensuring efficient and predictable delivery.
Project Management & Delivery
Plan and drive execution for development activities
Define and track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across teams
Proactively identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks, and drive mitigation plans
Ensure alignment between product, development, and validation teams
Provide clear and regular status reporting to stakeholders
Scrum Master & Agile Facilitation
Act as Scrum Master for the team, facilitating Agile ceremonies (planning, daily, review, retrospective)
Ensure effective backlog management together with the Product Owner
Drive continuous improvement of Agile practices and team efficiency
Remove impediments and enable the team to deliver at a sustainable pace
Cross-team Coordination
Coordinate interactions between teams to ensure synchronized delivery
Manage dependencies with other internal or external teams
Support decision-making by providing transparency on progress, risks, and trade-offs
Execution Excellence
Ensure delivery predictability and adherence to committed timelines
Support prioritization and scope management based on business needs
Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Your Profile
To be successful in this role you have:
University degree in engineering, computer science, or similar
Proven experience in project management of software development projects (embedded and/or tools/software applications)
Strong experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum Master role
Ability to work with cross-functional and multi-site teams
Good understanding of software development lifecycle (firmware and/or tools/software stack)
Experience in risk management, planning, and stakeholder communication
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Fluency in written and spoken English
Nice to have
Experience in automotive software development environments
Familiarity with ASPICE / ISO26262 processes
Experience working with both embedded and tools/UI teams
Experience with CI/CD and modern software delivery practices
Your Team
Our team is part of SW R&D group and is responsible for development and testing of multiple Automotive Software Solutions. The team is located in Romania, but we collaborate with other local and global team members, while demonstrating independence in solving problems and agility in switching tasks as per project priorities. We use Agile methodology for our products development and implement Continuous Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing and Continuous Deployment practices.

Contract: This is a fulltime position with a permanent contract
