What we expect:

Directly responsible for building a customer base within your market

  • Provide customers with sound advice and loan product recommendations based on their goals and needs
  • Evaluates loan applications and documentation by confirming credit worthiness.
  • Set and attain personal goals for sales volume
  • Identify and establish relationships with Realtors, Builders, Financial Service Professionals
  • Stay active with prospect and customer marketing
  • Maintain high visibility among local housing professionals and trade organizations
  • Continually establish and maintain pipeline of new customers
  • Hold educational sessions in your market
  • Keep up to date on industry news by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations
  • Stay current on company policies and procedures, watch for red flags and help minimize risk to the company
  • Ability to pass a background check for state licensing
