Position Summary:
The Traveling Smile Consultant (TSC) plays a vital role in supporting patient conversion and treatment acceptance across our network of practices. This role is designed for a high-performing sales consultant who is flexible, independent, and motivated by both results and impact. The TSC will provide on-site support in practices experiencing coverage gaps, onboarding new Smile Consultants, or requiring sales performance improvement.
This position requires 100% travel, primarily SundayβThursday, with four weeks on the road per month. Occasional flexibility may be provided to accommodate personal needs or special assignments.
Travel logistics include:
Occasional long-term assignments (2β4+ weeks) may be required and supported accordingly (e.g., bringing family along, extended lodging, etc.).
