Title: Lead Client Experience Manager
Team: Phreesia Network Solutions
Location: Hybrid-style in New York City / commutable area
In-person expectation: Client and/or team meetings 1-3 times per week on average
Travel: Regular NYC metro travel for client visits or team meetings, with occasional travel outside the region (~25–30% overall)

We’re looking for a Lead Client Experience Manager who thinks of themselves as a strategic partner, not a transactional salesperson. In this role, you’ll own a portfolio of pharmaceutical and agency accounts- identifying revenue opportunities, moving deals forward, and nurturing the long-term partnerships that keep clients coming back.
You don’t need a traditional sales background — if you’ve built your career developing client relationships in digital media or agency life and you’re ready to grow business with more ownership and visibility, and be compensated more favorably for it, this is your next move.

Where You’ll Work
This is a hybrid role based in the New York City area, with your home office as your primary base. At the same time, this is a role built around in-person connection. You’ll regularly spend time with clients and/or teammates 1–3 times per week on average, with occasional national travel, because being face-to-face is a meaningful part of how this team builds trust, deepens relationships, and moves business forward
Compensation & Rewards
Base salary: $230,000-270,000 (depending on experience) inclusive of base salary and variable incentive.
