We're looking for a Platform Owner to manage platform backlogs, drive delivery priorities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions.

In this permanent, full-time role, you'll partner with stakeholders to translate our business needs into actionable outcomes, ensuring platform priorities align with organisational goals while supporting Agile delivery and continuous improvement.

Let’s talk about you

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

  • 3–7 years’ experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Engineering within Agile environments

  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and DevOps practices

  • Experience using backlog management tools such as Jira

  • Understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, data services, and contact centre or telco technologies

  • Partner with Agile delivery teams to support sprint planning, delivery, and continuous improvement

  • Balance new feature development with platform maintenance, resilience, and technical debt initiatives

  • Engage stakeholders to align platform roadmaps with business goals and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes
