Supervisor, Building Services (Night Shift)

Are you an experienced Supervisor with a background in residential or commercial restoration or renovation projects? Ledcor Construction is seeking a motivated, safety-focused professional to join our Building Services team in Vancouver.

This position will initially be assigned to a night shift for approximately two months on a project in Vancouver. Once the project is completed, the role will transition to a day shift assignment within the same team.

Essential Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide quality control for labour and detailing activities
• Lead, train, and mentor Detailing Specialists
• Manage daily workforce allocation, performance, and productivity
• Perform hands-on labour duties as required
• Promote and maintain a safe, healthy work environment for crew members, clients, and the public
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential or commercial restoration/renovation construction
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Ability to manage time, priorities, and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and technical aptitude
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol screening required
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and teamwork
• Valid or willingness to obtain: Intermediate First Aid, Transportation Endorsement, WHMIS, and Fall Protection certification

Working Conditions

• Physical work environment requiring standing, bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and working in confined spaces and varying weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, etc.)
• Night shift for approximately 2 months, transitioning to day shift upon project completion

Compensation

$24.94 - $32.47 per hour

This is the applicable wage range for this position. Individuals will be assigned a base wage within this range based on trade certification and/or apprenticeship level, industry experience, and work location.

Remote, site-based positions may be eligible for additional incentives including but not limited to travel and accommodation allowances.
