Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in Norwegian and other languages across various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with a range of inquiries, product information, and technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and a focus on finding effective solutions.
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure clear communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to maintain a consistent and quality customer experience.
  • Engage in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of products and improve service delivery.
  • Suggest improvements to processes that will enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and at least one additional language (English, Swedish, Danish, etc.), both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
