Responsibilities

• Offer detailed product information, tailored recommendations, and guidance during the purchasing process.
• Address inquiries related to order status, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions to enhance the shopping experience.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, offers, and promotions to give accurate recommendations.
• Maintain precise documentation of customer interactions to ensure thorough follow-up and record-keeping.
• Collaborate closely with team members and departments to resolve issues and improve service quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within an online retail or e-commerce setting.
• Strong interest in e-commerce and familiarity with online shopping trends.
• Able to engage customers effectively, providing empathetic and efficient support.
• Proficient in using customer service technology and e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple inquiries and tasks.
