In this role, you will be instrumental in monitoring chat interactions, fostering positive player communication, and upholding community standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor in-game chat and player interactions to ensure compliance with community guidelines and safety protocols.
• Engage actively with players to promote a respectful and inclusive atmosphere.
• Identify and promptly address instances of inappropriate behavior or content, escalating issues as necessary.
• Provide support to players regarding chat moderation policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and report any significant incidents effectively.
• Collaborate with other teams to enhance player experience and community engagement initiatives.
• Participate in continuous training to stay updated on moderation tools and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in online moderation, community management, or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong understanding of gaming culture and community dynamics.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a calm approach to challenging situations.
• Detail-oriented and accountable in managing online content.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A strong passion for gaming and a commitment to creating a positive experience for all players.
