  • Handle complaints and technical issues with professionalism and efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex problems and enhance service quality.
  • Stay informed about new content releases and platform features to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
