About the Opportunity

We are a telehealth behavioral health provider delivering remote counseling and mental health services across the United States. Our clinicians provide evidence-based therapy, crisis support, and care coordination to a diverse client population through secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms. This remote role supports flexible scheduling and a clinician-centered approach to delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver individual and group counseling sessions via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms to clients across the U.S., maintaining clinical best practices.
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop and update individualized treatment plans, and document clinical progress promptly in the EHR.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, motivational interviewing), perform risk assessments, and execute crisis stabilization when needed.
  • Coordinate care with primary care providers, specialists, and community resources; make referrals and follow up on treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate billing records and session notes that meet regulatory and payer requirements; support quality and compliance audits.
  • Participate in supervision, case consultation, and program improvement initiatives to enhance remote clinical services.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Active clinical license to practice (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in the candidate's state of residence.
  • Prior telehealth/remote counseling experience delivering psychotherapy using HIPAA-compliant platforms.
  • Proficiency with Electronic Health Records and timely clinical documentation practices.
  • Demonstrated competence in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
  • Ability to complete background check and maintain professional liability insurance as required by employer.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a private, secure workspace suitable for confidential teletherapy sessions.

Preferred

  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish preferred) to support diverse client needs.
  • Experience with trauma-informed care and/or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Familiarity with behavioral health billing and telehealth compliance standards.
