Job description

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing & Digital Communications Specialist to lead our email marketing initiatives while supporting our broader digital marketing and communications efforts.

The ideal candidate is an email marketing expert with hands-on experience in campaign creation, marketing automation, audience segmentation, lead nurturing, deliverability, and performance optimization. Experience with SEO, social media management, PR, and marketing communications is a strong advantage.

This is a primarily remote role with occasional onsite attendance for company meetings, events, and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, newsletters, automated workflows, and lead nurturing sequences.
  • Manage email databases, audience segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability, and campaign performance reporting.
  • Utilize email marketing and outreach platforms such as Snov.io, EmailOctopus, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and engagement.
  • Support SEO initiatives through keyword research, content optimization, and website content updates.
  • Manage and coordinate content across digital channels including Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Assist with content planning, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking across social media platforms.
  • Support PR, media outreach, partnerships, webinars, events, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing content, communications, and campaign assets.
  • Publish and update content on WordPress websites as needed.
  • Use ClickUp and Google Workspace tools to manage projects, campaign reporting, documentation, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, CRM Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience managing email campaigns, automations, audience segmentation, and lead nurturing programs.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing strategy, deliverability, A/B testing, campaign optimization, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, EmailOctopus, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Brevo, or similar tools.
  • Experience using email outreach and lead generation tools such as Snov.io, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with WordPress for content publishing, landing page updates, and basic website content management.
  • Experience using ClickUp or similar project management tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
  • Experience managing social media platforms including Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience supporting PR campaigns, media outreach, events, or marketing communications is a plus.

Work Setup

  • Hybrid work arrangement.
  • Primarily remote work.
  • Onsite attendance typically required only once per month and during company events or marketing activities.

Benefits

  • Salary: PHP 30,500 - 35,000 ALL IN
  • Schedule: Dayshift (9AM - 6PM), Monday to Friday
  • Site: Ayala, Makati (Work from home with occasional onsite requirement)
