Junior Implementation Specialist

About HR4
HR4 is the all-in-one HR software platform built for dealers. Based in Toronto and serving over 1,000 clients across North America, we power every step of the employee journey, helping automotive dealers transform to build high-performing teams. Our focus on the automotive and adjacent sectors has allowed the product to evolve with the business and our integrated workflows to stay relevant and easy to use.

For over ten years we have helped clients run HR with the consistency, structure, and discipline of a Tier 5 organization, through a clear, repeatable system of work we call the HR4Way. Every client is set up and supported by an Implementation team that believes in the heart of its people and in growing their talent.

Position Summary
The JR Implementation Specialist is a growth role and a chance to learn HR operations and the HR4 platform from the inside, alongside a dynamic team working to get every dealership onto the Tier 5 track. You will build knowledge by doing: being assigned clients to support, learning the employee lifecycle from recruitment through performance management, and seeing first-hand how HR4 supports the client. The core of the role is supporting the Implementation Consultants as they move clients through the HR4Way process. As you master HR4, you take on more of the setup and quality work, saving the Consultant time so they can focus on micro-learning and change management. It is built for someone early in their career who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

The HR4Way
These principles define how we work, and you are expected to model them every day.
Discipline. Consistency, follow-through, and care are how trust is earned on this team.
Customer orientation. Everything we do serves the client. We keep their experience and success at the centre of every setup and every decision.
The white glove approach. Our setup process is structured and deliberate, a white glove approach that sets an HR4 setup apart.
An eye for detail. You check organization and flow, catch what others miss, and take pride in work that is clean and complete.
Close the loop. Every checklist item, audit, and task is followed through to completion. Nothing is left open.
Knowledgeable. We invest in understanding before action; deep knowledge of HR4 and the Tier 5 model is what makes our work excellent.

What You Will Learn
The employee lifecycle: recruitment, hiring, onboarding, engagement, training, and performance management, and how HR4 supports the client at each step
The Tier 5 organization: the elements that define a Tier 5 dealership and the standards required to get there

Dealer culture: how dealerships operate and how HR works within them
The HR4 platform: every app you will support and audit, from Hire, Plan, and Forms to Learn and Reports & Analytics
The HR4Way process: the standardized methodology Consultants follow to set up and support every client

Key Responsibilities

Review client employee data, policies, and job descriptions for accuracy and alignment with the HR4Way
Audit new setups against the checklist, confirming organization, flow, and completeness before handoff

Knowledge Building & Dealer Immersion
The best way to build knowledge is by doing the work and getting close to the realities of dealer culture.
Be assigned clients to support as the primary way of building knowledge
Learn the employee lifecycle, HR operations, and the elements of a Tier 5 organization
Spend time experiencing dealer culture and how HR operates within a dealership

Reporting & Special Projects
