Job description

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Role Overview

The AI Implementation Specialist will be responsible for identifying, building, and deploying AI-powered workflows and automations that improve operational efficiency across the business. The AI Implementation Specialist will leverage AI, automation, and low-code platforms to streamline business processes, integrate systems, optimize CRM workflows, build reporting dashboards, and help teams adopt AI-driven solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges through automation rather than traditional software engineering.

Key Responsibilities

AI Workflow Development

  • Design and implement AI-powered workflows across multiple departments.

  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive business processes.

  • Build scalable systems that improve productivity and operational efficiency.

  • Reduce manual work through AI and workflow automation.

Automation & Systems Integration

  • Build automations using HubSpot, Zapier, Make, n8n, and similar platforms.

  • Improve data flow between business systems.

  • Integrate platforms and automate operational workflows.

  • Build scalable automation solutions that support business growth.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Develop dashboards and reporting systems.

  • Build performance tracking tools that provide actionable business insights.

  • Improve visibility into operational and company performance.

  • Support leadership through reporting and analytics.

AI Enablement

  • Help teams adopt AI tools and AI-enhanced workflows.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes across marketing, operations, customer support, and sales.

  • Train and support team members on AI-enabled systems when needed.

  • Promote AI adoption throughout the organization.

CRM & Process Optimization

  • Build and optimize HubSpot workflows and automations.

  • Improve CRM processes and reporting structures.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

  • Design scalable systems that support long-term business operations.

Qualifications Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in automation, operations, systems implementation, revenue operations, AI implementation, or related roles.

  • Experience implementing AI and low-code automation platforms.

  • Experience building workflow automations and business process improvements.

  • Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.

  • Experience supporting business operations through automation and systems implementation.

  • Familiarity with eCommerce, Amazon, Shopify, or similar online business environments is preferred.

Qualifications Skills

  • Strong understanding of workflow automation and systems design.

  • Experience with HubSpot.

  • Experience with Make.

  • Experience with Zapier.

  • Experience with n8n.

  • Experience with ChatGPT.

  • Experience with Claude.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable automations.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement automation solutions.
