Job description

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Operating as an 8-figure business, the company serves both individual consumers and institutional buyers through a combination of online sales channels and direct business development initiatives. They operate with a lean, high-performance culture that emphasizes ownership, accountability, innovation, and the practical use of AI to drive measurable business growth.

Role Overview

The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for owning and scaling the company's B2B customer acquisition efforts, with Google Ads serving as the primary growth channel. The Growth Marketing Manager will manage paid search campaigns, oversee outbound email marketing, CRM automation, reporting, lead nurturing, and AI-driven marketing initiatives while building scalable acquisition systems that generate measurable business results. This role is ideal for a hands-on growth marketer who enjoys balancing campaign execution, performance optimization, marketing operations, and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Growth & Customer Acquisition

  • Own the company's B2B customer acquisition strategy.

  • Develop, execute, and optimize lead generation initiatives.

  • Identify growth opportunities across marketing channels.

  • Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance.

  • Build scalable acquisition systems that support long-term business growth.

Google Ads Management

  • Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns.

  • Manage advertising budgets with a focus on lead quality, ROAS, and conversion rates.

  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and landing page testing.

  • Continuously improve campaign performance through data-driven optimization.

  • Identify opportunities to scale customer acquisition efficiently.

Email Marketing & Outbound Campaigns

  • Manage outbound email infrastructure and cold email campaigns.

  • Build nurture sequences and lifecycle marketing campaigns.

  • Develop audience segmentation strategies and customer journeys.

  • Maintain consistent messaging across acquisition and retention channels.

Marketing Operations & CRM

  • Manage CRM workflows, automations, reporting, and campaign tracking.

  • Build scalable marketing systems that align sales, marketing, and customer retention.

  • Improve operational efficiency through workflow automation.

  • Maintain accurate marketing data and reporting.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop marketing dashboards and reporting systems.

  • Monitor lead generation, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, and revenue contribution.

  • Present strategic recommendations based on campaign performance.

  • Continuously identify optimization opportunities through performance analysis.

AI-Driven Marketing

  • Leverage AI tools to improve campaign execution, reporting, and analysis.

  • Build AI-powered marketing workflows and automations.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI implementation.

Qualifications Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Demand Generation, or a similar role.

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns and advertising budgets.

  • Experience with outbound email marketing and marketing automation.

  • Experience managing CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.

  • Experience managing multiple customer acquisition channels simultaneously.

  • Experience developing marketing reporting and performance dashboards.

  • Experience implementing marketing automation and AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications Skills

  • Strong understanding of growth marketing and customer acquisition.

  • Strong proficiency with Google Ads.

  • Experience with HubSpot.

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.

  • Strong understanding of outbound email marketing.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

  • Experience building marketing workflows and automation systems.

  • Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
