Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced TRIRIGA Developer with a strong background in BIRT reporting to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in lease management, real estate, space movement, and capital projects within the TRIRIGA platform. This role requires in-depth knowledge of TRIRIGA development and BIRT report creation, focusing on improving business processes in real estate and facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:

• TRIRIGA Development:
  • Develop, customize, and enhance TRIRIGA applications to support business needs in lease management, real estate, space management, and capital projects.
  • Configure and integrate TRIRIGA modules related to space planning, real estate portfolio management, and capital project management.
  • Implement workflow automation within TRIRIGA to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• BIRT Reporting:
  • Design, develop, and maintain BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools) reports within the TRIRIGA platform.
  • Generate custom reports and dashboards to meet the needs of stakeholders, providing insights into lease, space, and capital project data.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize BIRT reports for performance and accuracy.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, translating them into technical solutions within TRIRIGA.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for TRIRIGA-related issues.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all TRIRIGA modules.
• Project Management:
  • Participate in project planning, including scoping, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Assist in the migration and upgrade of TRIRIGA environments as needed.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, facilities management, and finance, to ensure TRIRIGA solutions align with business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on TRIRIGA functionalities and BIRT reporting.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in TRIRIGA development, with a strong focus on lease management, real estate, space management, and capital projects.
  • 2+ years of experience in BIRT report development.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in TRIRIGA platform configuration, customization, and development.
  • Strong knowledge of BIRT report design and implementation.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database management.
  • Experience with workflow automation in TRIRIGA.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in IBM TRIRIGA.
• Experience with TRIRIGA upgrades and migrations.
• Knowledge of real estate and facilities management industry standards.
