Job description
Works on the aerial and satellite based panchromatic and color photography and digitally processed imagery interpretation, analysis, accuracy assessment and derived products such as planimetric features.
Work may include analysis of imagery sources, delivery systems and underlying technologies and applications.
Experience with fixed wing, Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS), and satellite sourced data including multispectral, thermal, 3D mesh and point clouds, and LIDAR data and familiarity with sensors.
Work may include surface model creation, digital aerial triangulation analysis, imagery interpretation, thematic map accuracy assessment and related statistical sampling design and analysis, land cover classification, planimetric data update procedures and processes, image object detection using artificial intelligence (e.g., solar panels, swimming pools, etc.)
