Job Summary:

Quantum Strides is seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy AI-Driven Graphic Designer & Video Editor who excels in social media marketing and understands website technologies and system administration. The ideal candidate will utilize AI-powered design and video editing tools to create engaging content while managing web and IT-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Video Editing:

• Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and videos for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Utilize AI-powered design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney) for creative content generation.
• Edit and enhance videos using AI-assisted video editing tools (e.g., Runway ML, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut).
• Develop engaging motion graphics, animations, and short-form videos.

Social Media Marketing:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and optimize social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Use AI-driven tools for content scheduling, trend analysis, and performance tracking.
• Monitor industry trends and implement innovative social media strategies.

Website Coordination & System Administration:

• Collaborate with the web development team or external agencies to ensure website updates and design consistency.
• Have a basic understanding of website technologies (WordPress, HTML, CSS, SEO, hosting, and security).
• Assist in troubleshooting minor website issues and liaise with the web team for complex problems.
• Support basic system administration tasks, including software installations, backups, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and social media marketing.
• Knowledge of AI-based creative tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and DALL·E.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Basic understanding of website technologies (WordPress, HTML, CSS, SEO).
• Strong problem-solving skills for basic IT/system administration tasks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
