About the Role
As a Vista by Viewpoint Implementation Specialist at Aayla Solutions, you will be integral in reviewing and optimizing the existing implementation of Vista by Viewpoint software for our clients. Your role involves assessing the current software integration, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing support to enhance the overall functionality and efficiency of the software within client operations.

Job Type and Work Arrangement

• This position is offered as a remote contract, allowing for flexibility and the ability to work from any location.

• The role operates on an hourly basis, providing the flexibility to accommodate various scheduling needs and project demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship and Account Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and engagement.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling other services offered by Aayla Solutions.

Review and Optimization:

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing Vista by Viewpoint implementations.

• Identify areas for improvement and optimization in the current software setup.

• Provide expert support and solutions to enhance software efficiency and integration.

Technical Coordination and Support:

• Lead and manage these technical teams, ensuring effective collaboration and project delivery.

• Coordinate with SQL and Crystal Reports teams for optimal software functionality and integration.

• Collaborate with SQL technical teams to ensure optimal backend functionality.

• Coordinate with 3rd party integrated software vendors, including Procore and Crystal Reports, for integration and optimization.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software optimization.

Training and Consultation:

• Offer training and support to clients for the enhanced use of Vista by Viewpoint.

• Develop and update training materials and guides focusing on optimized software use.

Quality Assurance and Reporting:

• Ensure the quality and effectiveness of the software post-optimization.

• Regularly report on the progress and outcomes of optimization initiatives.

Qualifications:

• In-depth experience in implementing Vista by Viewpoint specifically for construction companies, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the software's capabilities and applications in a construction context.

• Substantial experience working within the construction industry, particularly in roles related to accounting, finance, and project management, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the industry's specific needs and challenges.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, construction management, or a related field.

• Proven expertise in managing SQL and Crystal Reports teams, highlighting strong leadership and technical coordination skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, necessary for effective client interactions and cross-functional teamwork.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, essential for identifying and implementing improvement opportunities in software setups.

• Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, with a capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
