Senior Civil Engineer - Remote

Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join their dynamic team working remotely. In this role, you will bring your expertise to a range of exciting projects, working with a team of professionals dedicated to deliver top-notch engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Liaison: Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met. Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and repeat business.

Highways and Drainage Design: Lead and manage the design of highways and drainage systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Provide innovative and practical solutions to complex engineering problems.

Mentoring: Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical support and fostering their professional development. Encourage a collaborative and learning-focused environment within the team.

Organisation and Communication: Exhibit excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders through clear and concise presentations and reports.

Requirements:
Experience: At least 5+ years post-graduation experience.

Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil3D, InfoDrainage, or equivalent software. Ability to produce high-quality design drawings and models.

Hands-On Approach: Demonstrated ability to take a hands-on approach to engineering challenges. Willingness to engage directly with all aspects of project delivery.

Skills: Strong organisational, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.

Right to Work: Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
