Job description

We are looking for an Engineering Intern to coordinate and work in PackIOT Support Area, supporting customers around the world in the transition to Industry 4.0, helping them to: resolve issues with our products or services, providing them with additional information about our products, direct them to valuable resources and training material.

Who you are

You are an undergraduate student of production engineering, manufacturing engineering, computer science, or related.
Self-motivated and able to plan own work
Strong critical thinking, analytical and process-oriented mindset, and complex problem-solving skills
Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
You have a great sense of curiosity and do need to see the big picture to bring more value to the team, as opposed to having just a well-defined set of tasks.
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to suggest ideas and give effective presentations
Self-starter who can learn quickly and adapt to a fast-growing organization
A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
You are interested in manufacturing, technology, and startups
Intermediate to Advanced English level

Your impact and responsibilities

Coordinate Support Area and Support Dashboard, controlling and maintaining key indicators
Reports generation with key indicators and presentation to PackIOT team
Creating and directing tickets to the team in a clear and timely manner
Alignment of Support Area with PackIOT teams and leaders
Constant improvement of Support Area, with optimization in overview and organization of the area's process
Support Tickets resolution (depending on technical expertise)

It will give you some extras points

Fluent in English and Portuguese
Experience querying databases and using statistical computer languages (SQL, Python, etc.)
Experience (interest) with SCADA or IIoT platforms, cloud services such as AWS, DevOps for OT, Containers, and Linux Operating Systems
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and Agile methodologies
Experience with project management/CRM software and G-Suite Tools
