At Poliglota, we believe language learning should be colaborative, fun, and real. Our mission is to help people connect through social method-based group learning, supported by coaches from all around the world.

We're currently hiring for Italian and German, but we´re also building a Talent Pool of amazing Language Coaches to join our global community. If you`re passionate about teaching and looking for a flexible, fully remote opportunity this is your chance to get on our radar!

What Languages Are We Looking For?

Were looking for coaches who are fluent and experienced in teaching one of the following languages:

• Italian (Hiring Now)
• German (Hiring Now)
• English
• French
• Portuguese

You only need to be able to teach one language but if you're a real "Poliglota" and can confidently coach more than one of these, that's a bonus! Make sure to highlight it in your application.

What We're Looking For:

• Fluency and teaching experience in one of the languages listed above.

• Availability to teach at least 2-4 live sessions per week, during one or more of the following time slots: 
  • 7:00 PM 8:00 PM
  • 8:00 PM 9:00 PM
  • 9:00 PM 10:00 PM
  • 10:00 PM 11:00 PM 
  • (All times in Chile Time UTC-4 / UT-C3 depending on the season.)

• A stable internet connection suitable for Zoom-based teaching.

What You'll Do 100% Online:

• Coach small online groups using our Flipped Classroom methodology and CEFR-aligned levels (A1B2).
• Facilitate dynamic, conversation-driven 60-minute sessions, with ready-to-use materials provided on our platform.
• Motivate students to practice independently using their personalized dashboard.
• Submit brief session reports and a final performance review for each course.
• Participate in asynchronous training and community events to stay connected and supported.

You´re a Great Fit If You:

• Communicate clearly, listen actively, and create positive learning environments.

• Manage time and group dynamics confidently in online settings.

• Are tech-savvy and comfortable using learning tools like Zoom and digital dashboards.

• Have a strong command of the language you want to coach (CEFR level C1 or higher; native is a plus, not a must).

• Have formal education or certifications in teaching (TESOL, language pedagogy, etc.) a big plus!

• (Optional) Speak intermediate Spanish and/or English.
