Graphic Designer

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Graphic Designer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital design and a strong portfolio to join our creative team. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging visual content across various platforms, including social media, websites, case studies, brochures, event booths and more. You will also contribute to content calendars, video creation, and strategic branding initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, demonstrates both creative and strategic thinking, and ensures all designs align with our brand identity.

Responsibility:

Design & Creative Execution

  • Develop visually compelling assets for digital marketing campaigns: social media graphics, website landing pages, email templates, case studies layouts, brochures, and display ads.
  • Design booth setups and event materials for conferences and trade shows.
  • Create video content for marketing purposes, including storyboarding and editing.
  • Maintain consistency with branding guidelines while introducing innovative design ideas.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize creative campaigns that align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
  • Research industry trends to inform design decisions and enhance audience engagement.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Content & Branding

  • Assist in developing and maintaining a content calendar for marketing campaigns.
  • Support branding efforts by ensuring all materials reflect the company's voice and visual identity.

Requirements:

  • Prefer someone with B2B skills working with a global company.
  • Proven graphic design experience with a diverse digital portfolio.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing principles: SEO, email, and social media.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Hubspot, Canva, and other design software.
  • Knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects).
  • Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of social media channels, posting times globally, and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for remote teamwork.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
