CMDB Business Analyst

Under the supervision of the Director, IT Architecture, the IT Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Analyst is responsible for the design and maintenance of the configuration management program to include ServiceNow CMDB configuration item attributes, relationships and overall accuracy.

• Need 5 years of ServiceNow experience in the areas of ServiceNow CMDB/CIs as a CMDB Business Analyst.
• The CMDB is the ServiceNow database that stores information about all technical services. Within the CMDB, the support information for each service offering is stored in a Configuration Item (CI) specific to that service
