Job description

We’re growing and hiring German + English-speaking Customer Care Specialists to join several dedicated support teams, each servicing a different tech-driven platform in industries like sustainable energy, fintech & digital investing, and smart parking solutions

Whether you’re passionate about green technology, crypto investing or mobility services, you’ll join a focused team that values quality support, continuous learning, and real connection with users.  

 

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Deliver thoughtful, user-friendly support via email, chat, and phone, depending on the platform

  • Assist German-and English-speaking users with everything from billing to troubleshooting, account access, or platform navigation

  • Build deep platform knowledge and contribute to FAQ updates or internal documentation as needed

  • Maintain accurate, helpful records in support systems and flag recurring issues to product or operations teams

  • Be part of a dedicated project team, focused on providing excellent support within a clearly defined scope

 

What Makes You a Fantastic Fit

  • Fluent in German (native or near-native level) with a solid English knowledge (B1 or higher), written and spoken

  • Based in Croatia, Serbia or Bosnia and Herzegovina  

  • Comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn new digital platforms 

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 

  • Empathetic communicator able to put themselves in other’s shoes and communicate with ease 

  • Customer service experience is desirable, but not mandatory
