Analog and/or Mixed Signal Integrated Circuit Designer

Responsibilities

The Analog and/or Mixed Signal Integrated Circuit Designer position reports directly to the CTO and is expected to perform the following activities:

- Design of analog/mixed signal integrated circuit for image sensor pixel, integrating their proprietary technology

- Design PCBs

- Test electronic chips and boards

- Participate in the prototyping phase (2-3 weeks each quarter on-site in the Rome lab, all expenses are paid)

- Document the work produced in a clear and diligent manner

- Work and communicate effectively with the CTO and the other founders

- Find innovative solutions to problems and share them with the rest of the team

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has the following experience and characteristics:

• 2+ years work experience with Integrated circuit design and/or
• Experience with integrated design of analog and mixed-signal IC with Mentor/Cadence/Synopsis
• Proficiency with the design of readout electronics and image sensor interfaces (ROIC)
• Ability to test electronic chips and boards
• Basic experience with (Python/MatLab) or Firmware development
• Knowledge at B2 level and/or above of the English language (the common language used in the company is English)
• Skills of precision and attention to detail
• Proactive attitude and ability to collaborate efficiently in a remote work environment (no divas only real team players)
