Job description

An immediate start is avialable or an experienced Wordpress Developer to join an independent UK based Web Development Agency.

You will havbe the chance to work across a wide client base, with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility around client schedules.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to implement website features and functionality
- Optimize website performance and ensure responsiveness across different devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress development
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as jQuery and Bootstrap
- Knowledge of web standards and accessibility guidelines
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Understanding of SEO principles and implementation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
