The Position: Designs and implements treatment programs by evaluating employee's willingness to change, setting treatment objectives, tailoring approach to employee's needs, consulting with other professionals from the team, providing brief psychotherapy, crisis intervention and/or personal counseling utilizing individual, conjoint and group treatment modalities. Provides direction, guidance, and thought partnership to all levels of the organization, by proactively assessing root cause trends, making recommendations, and partnering with cross-functional partners to implement appropriate solutions.

Тhe Candidate: University Degree in degree Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work with proven relevant experience. Excellent English (C1) language skills. Patience and commitment are essential, but above all you will be someone with a genuine desire to help others. An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion.
