Position: HR and Admin Assistant
Number of hours: 20 hours/week
Schedule: EST
Tasks required:
Enter applicant details (ID, etc.) on the Amazon Dashboard and conduct background checks.
Schedule and coordinate group interviews.
Send Calendly links and assist applicants in selecting interview time slots.
Communicate with clients and support them during the onboarding process.
Screen resumes via platforms like Indeed, with a focus on delivery/riding experience in Manhattan.
Coordinate virtual and in-person training schedules.
Follow up with passed applicants and provide them with detailed next steps.
Call and text applicants for scheduling and follow-ups.
Setting up the email marketing in the platforms like Brevo, and Apollo, and writing marketing emails like newsletters
Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Experience in HR functions, especially recruitment and onboarding.
Familiarity with Amazon Flex, Questlab, and Slack is a plus.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
Proficiency with Dropbox is mandatory.
Strong communication skills and confidence in calling and texting applicants.
Experience scheduling training sessions and sending detailed follow-ups.
Proficiency in using Dropbox and navigating cloud-based file systems.
Previous experience in screening resumes for delivery-related roles is highly desirable.
Work Schedule:
Flexible schedule aligned with US/Canada Eastern Time
