Job description

Position: Investment Analyst

Number of hours: 40 hours/week
Schedule: UK Timezone


Tasks required:

  • Conduct loan reviews to evaluate credit quality, financial performance, and compliance with investment criteria.

  • Analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports, to assess borrower performance and repayment capacity.

  • Perform credit evaluations and risk assessments to determine financial health and investment suitability.

  • Prepare detailed investment memos, risk summaries, and financial models to support decision-making.

  • Monitor and track portfolio performance, identifying trends or potential risk exposures.

  • Collaborate with senior investment professionals to review deal structures and make recommendations.

  • Maintain accurate financial data and ensure documentation aligns with internal policies and regulatory requirements.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • 24 years of experience in investment analysis, credit analysis, loan underwriting, or financial review.

  • Strong understanding of financial statements and credit evaluation methods.

  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with databases or analytics tools is a plus.

  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reviews or analyses simultaneously.
