The Opportunity: 

Claims & Dispute Management | Services | HKA are seeking accomplished Construction Claims and Disputes professionals interested in joining as a Managing Director, which serves as a strategic pathway to future equity Partner opportunities. Managing Directors at HKA play a critical role in driving client success, business growth, and leadership within our Construction Claims & Dispute Management practice.

CRUX analysis indicates that in the Americas:

• Average costs claimed are approximately 36% of CAPEX

• Average time extensions reach 60%

• Common drivers include scope changes, incomplete design, and contract interpretation

These trends highlight the increasing need for early advisory and robust claims strategies. HKA’s multi‑disciplinary team helps clients prepare and defend complex claims, enhance governance, and resolve disputes efficiently. Our specialists include delay and disruption analysts, quantum specialists, engineers, schedulers, and commercial managers.
