About the Role

The Quality Assurance role provides you with a unique opportunity to join a high-growth software company. Our client seeks someone who is a critical thinker and understands product workflows and how users typically interact with applications.

What you'll do when you get here:

Collaborate with the Engineering team to understand requirements and ensure those requirements are met
Implement agile processes that drive predictable, high-quality delivery, ensuring a high-quality experience for customers
Ensure a bug-free and high-quality product is delivered to our customers
Collaborate with Test Automation Engineers to develop and implement test plans for your squad
Be a proactive member of the QA team and assigned squad who finds issues before customers
Manage customer issues and verify implemented solutions
Work with QA and squad team members for deployment and development timelines
Perform manual Jira ticket verification
Perform manual regression and exploratory testing in support of product deployments
Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-facing experimentation

What you need to have:

4+ years of QA testing experience
Understanding and experience working with an agile product lifecycle model
Knowledge of Software Quality Assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.
Knowledge of Jira or other project management tools
Experience with planning, documenting test cases and executing manual test cases for Web applications and/or mobile applications.
Knowledge of APIs and using Postman for debugging
Experience with using browser Developer Tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with principles of good UX, UI and design-centric thinking
Strong communications skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the Test Automation Engineers to provide a comprehensive QA support solution for the company
ISTQB Tester certification a strong plus
