  • Identify and attract entrepreneurs, executives, and investors to participate in the regatta.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with companies, business clubs, chambers of commerce, and premium brands.
  • Present the regatta concept to prospective clients, partners, and sponsors.
  • Create and manage long-term relationships with participants before, during, and after the event.
  • Represent the project at networking events, conferences, and sailing gatherings.
  • Support marketing activities and assist in preparing offers, presentations, and partnership materials.
  • Contribute ideas for community growth and future international editions of the regatta.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Growth in participant acquisition and partner engagement.
  • Successful formation of B2B and B2C sales pipelines.
  • Brand visibility and representation within business and sailing networks.
  • Contribution to the development of a long-term business community.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3-5 years experience in sales, partnerships, or business development.
  • Background in events, lifestyle, or premium services is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven ability to communicate with senior business audiences.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
  • Interest in sailing, outdoor sports, or business events.
  • Previous participation in sailing or similar events is a plus.

What We Offer

  • Freedom to create and implement your own strategies.
  • Work directly with an international network of founders, investors, and executives.
  • Opportunity to influence the growth and positioning of a premium global project.
  • Flexible working conditions and independence in decision-making.
  • Participation in the regatta as part of the experience.

What Were Looking For

  • Confident and sociable communicator who enjoys connecting people.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on energy and attention to detail.
  • Able to balance professionalism with a friendly, open approach.
  • Passionate about business, networking, and authentic human interaction.
