Responsibilities


  • Plans project tasks to ensure optimal use of team capacity;

  • Works closely with the project, operational and account teams to ensure timely completion of all projects and tasks within the allocated timeline and budget;

  • Communicates effectively with clients on status and to progress the project;

  • Ensures effective workflow throughout the project lifecycle;

  • Ensures processes are adhered to by the team, including complete, up to date and accurate project documentation and tracking;

  • Proactively monitors project status: identifies and resolves issues; identifies and manages project risks;

  • Leads project team meetings;

  • Ensures timely planning and management of client invoicing;

  • Provides input to account managers to develop realistic effort estimates, project budgets and timelines for new business proposals;

  • Identifies and recommends opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency;

Qualifications


  • Minimum 1-3 years in project management;

  • Excellent project management skills, PM certification preferred;

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple concurrent projects and activities to meet the goals;

  • Can operate effectively within an informal, agile, quality-oriented work environment;

  • Comfortable managing resources (people, material, vendors);

  • Willing to travel to client meetings, medical congresses, and our offices;

  • Medical communications agency experience, preferred;

  • Proficiency with Apple Devices and Google Workspace, preferred.
