Min 2.5 years of experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably in the logistics, transportation, or courier industry. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with logistics software.

Core responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence. Schedule and coordinate dispatch and delivery routes in collaboration with the operations team. Monitor and track courier schedules to ensure timely deliveries and pickups. Assist in managing the fleet of delivery vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Monitor inventory levels of courier supplies (e.g., packaging materials, uniforms) and reorder as necessary. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of necessary operational supplies. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and other logistical activities. Compile and analyze data to generate reports on delivery performance, route efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Assist in updating and maintaining the operations management system. Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, such as route expansions or new service launches. Help track project milestones and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
