NetSuite Functional Consultant (Part-Time)

Why This Role Matters:

Were looking for a NetSuite Functional Consultant to support clients on a part-time basis. This is a flexible, contractor role under managed services, ideal for consultants who can provide support across a variety of NetSuite modules and business processes.

You'll work directly with users to help them understand system behavior, identify accounting or process issues, guide improvements, and provide assistance with both operations and new module implementations.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide functional support across various NetSuite modules, including intercompany eliminations, multi-currency consolidations, financial reporting, and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) using the Electronic Bank Payments.

• Guide users on system processes, troubleshoot configuration issues, assist in implementing new modules, and deliver training as needed.

• Help users understand the accounting impact of their configurations and usage practices.

• Deliver training to users as needed to improve adoption and reduce reliance on support.

• Assist with the implementation of new NetSuite modules, including requirements gathering, configuration, and testing support.

What You'll Bring:

• Strong finance or accounting background, with prior experience in finance-related roles.
• Proven experience as a consultant, ideally in a client-facing or managed services capacity.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a user-friendly way and provide hands-on training.
• Comfortable working independently with North American clients across different time zones (Pacific/Eastern).
• Ability to manage and take ownership of projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective client outcomes.
