**Role Responsibilities:**

- Architect end-to-end solutions for SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

- Lead design discussions and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess system landscapes, and define scalable FICO architectures.

- Develop blueprints and roadmaps for SAP FICO implementations, enhancements, and optimizations, considering integration points with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

- Provide expert guidance on FICO configuration, customization, and data migration strategies, leveraging your deep understanding of SAP finance processes and functionalities.

- Collaborate closely with technical teams to implement FICO solutions, overseeing the implementation lifecycle from design to deployment and post-implementation support.

- Conduct performance tuning and optimization activities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FICO processes and transactions.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the SAP ecosystem, evaluating their potential impact on FICO architecture and recommending innovative solutions.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, with a proven track record of architecting and delivering complex FICO solutions.

- Extensive knowledge of SAP finance and controlling processes, including general ledger accounting, accounts payable/receivable, asset accounting, cost center accounting, and profitability analysis.

- Strong understanding of integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules such as SD, MM, and PP, as well as familiarity with integration technologies such as SAP PI/PO and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Finance and experience with S/4HANA migration projects is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

- Immediate availability for remote work, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results within project timelines.
