The Role: Recruitment Resourcer

This remote position is key to building strong care teams across the UK. You'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process from Cape Town, working collaboratively with UK-based colleagues to ensure every new care professional is not only skilled but also aligned with the company's values. From campaign planning to onboarding, your work will ensure the company continues to attract and retain the right people for this meaningful sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in recruitment or HR coordination
  • Advertise vacancies across job boards, social media, and other platforms
  • Engage with candidates via email, phone, and online platforms
  • Conduct virtual interviews and manage communications throughout the process
  • Coordinate compliance documentation and recruitment admin
  • Collaborate with UK teams for seamless onboarding
  • Develop and run targeted recruitment campaigns
  • Manage paid recruitment advertising campaigns within budget
  • Track recruitment KPIs and prepare regular reports for leadership

About You

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, resourcing, or HR support
  • Strong communication skills,  confident, clear, and friendly
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
  • Digitally confident,  comfortable with apps, systems, and online recruitment tools
  • Experience in UK healthcare or care sector recruitment (ideal but not required)
  • A positive, solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail
  • Passion for helping people and aligning candidates with meaningful work
