About the Senior Executive Assistant position

We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant who will provide timely and professional support to company's executives and top managers on various activities: administrative, clerical and so on. Your responsibilities will also include scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements and organizing daily calendars.

We expect you to be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant and familiarity with office management technologies is also preferable. Besides, you should be able to understand and meet the needs of senior managers and help to ensure the normal state of the corporate workflow.

Senior Executive Assistant responsibilities are:

Assist contacts between executives and customers or personnel

Coordinate senior managers' calendars on a daily basis

Assist in planning appointments, events, travels and so on

Prepare regular reports and update internal databases

Organize phone calls and emails

React promptly to managers queries

Organize internal communication, including such activities as information distribution and presentations scheduling

Develop suggestions to optimize office management and to solve problems

Review company's policies and develop recommendations on how to improve them

Senior Executive Assistant requirements are:

3+ years' experience of working on a Senior Executive Assistant, Executive Administrative Assistant or other similar position

Significant experience of managing office procedures and working with sensitive corporate information

Good practical experience with office management systems, ERPs and MS Office

Good experience using office equipment such as fax machines and printers

Good knowledge of cloud systems, online calendars and other related solutions

Strong organizational and time management skills with proactive thinking

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High school degree; professional qualifications such as Personal Assistant or Secretary will be a bonus
