Job description

The APJ Partner Marketing Specialist (Contractor) will support the APJ Partner Marketing team by owning day-to-day operations, process execution, and performance tracking across partner marketing programs and campaigns. This role ensures strong operational rigor across CO-OP/MDF workflows, vendor onboarding, procurement processes, campaign setup, and reporting to measure impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day APJ Partner Marketing operations, ensuring campaigns/programs are executed on time and with high accuracy.
  • Manage CO-OP/MDF fund workflows, tracking, and system updates; support PBMs with process guidance.
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding and manage PR/PO processes in Coupa, including status tracking and issue resolution.
  • Create and maintain Campaign IDs / campaign setup in SFDC, ensuring data hygiene and governance.
  • Track and report program/campaign performance using Tableau/SFDC; maintain regional trackers and recurring reports.
  • Support PBMs with data inputs for Partner Pipeline Generation programs (e.g., ZDay list augmentation and uploads).
  • Coordinate APJ Alliance Partner events operations and work with Global teams on design/creative requests and asset delivery.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Finance, Procurement, Global Partner Marketing, and PBMs to improve processes and remove blockers.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in B2B marketing operations (partner/campaign ops preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Coupa (PR/PO), Salesforce (campaign setup/data hygiene), and Tableau (reporting/dashboards)
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation, and process discipline
  • Excellent organization/time management across multiple workstreams and time zones
  • Clear communicator with a collaborative, service-oriented mindset
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally (e.g., Marketing Ops, Finance, Procurement)
  • Familiarity with pipeline and attribution concepts (campaign influence, sourced vs influenced, basic funnel metrics).
  • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity (e.g., drafting, summarizing, creating trackers/templates, process documentation).
  • Experience supporting events operations and coordination with creative/design teams.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; able to build structure and improve processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting CO-OP/MDF/partner funding processes.
