Job Description: RemoteProject Manager
Activities;
· Overseeing projects and coordinatingamongst team members.
· Managing administrative functions thatalign with project support.
· Monitoring project deliverables andperformance.
· Coordinating schedules, planning meetingsand travel.
· Undertaking research, collecting andanalyzing information.
· Assisting with event planning, includingworking with vendors, event coordinators, and design teams for on-sitecollateral.
· Other executive-level admin support asnecessary.
Skills;
· A minimum of 8 year;s experience in aproject management position.
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize workas needed.
· Excellent time management skills.
· Knowledge of online tools and software.
· Ability to learn new tools quickly.
· Excellent interpersonal communication andstrong writing skills.
· Highly organized.
· A team player who is proactive, flexible,results-oriented and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.
· Ability to work independently and underthe pressure of deadlines.
