Job description

The employer is a leading enterprise-grade rewards platform that enables institutional customers to stake assets and integrate staking & DeFi functionality into their offerings. Their API-first platform provides fully automated validators, staking & DeFi protocols access, and comprehensive data and commission management. 
With $13+ billion in crypto assets staked through their platform, they have established a strong presence on Ethereum, managing over 5% of the network through 45,000+ validators — all with zero slashing events. They  serves more than 140 leading customers, including Binance, BitPanda, Bitgo, Fireblocks, VanEck, and TrustWallet.


They are opening a Technical Product Manager role (Paris, France - Hybrid).



MISSIONS :

  • Participate in the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to integration, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards
  • Define product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
  • Communicate internally and externally about product requirements.
  • Engage with customers (exchanges, wallets, asset managers…), gathering feedback, identifying pain points, and facilitating product onboarding
  • Analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in the crypto industry, identifying opportunities for product enhancements and new feature developments


Profil

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in product management (not as PO or project manager)

Demonstrated pro experience or strong interest in the crypto sector:
-Either a first professional experience in the crypto industry,
-Or a very strong personal interest in the sector that can be demonstrated during the interview process (used DeFi, ran validators...).

Technical background (exp in backend with APIs) and work well with engineering teams

You are sufficiently curious and motivated to dig into the details of how products work and can explain complex technical concepts

Analytical mind and rigorous communication. You enjoy and are good at synthesising complex information and conveying your learnings, both in oral and written formats

Strong product acumen, you have opinions about great products and can put yourself in the shoes of both a retail and B2B user in the staking space

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup/scaleup environment, with first-hand experience

Contract : Permanent
Location : Paris or Remote ( Hybrid ) - Support relocation to Paris for exceptional candidates already living in Europe.
Salary : $75K - $100K
Bonus : 15% OKR Bonus
