Job: Senior Process Reengineering Consultant

Location: Remote (EST HOURS)

Contract: 6+ Months

Summary

• Seeking a senior Process Reengineering Consultant to lead the organization's current-state to future-state process transformation.
  
• This consultant will document existing business processes, develop the transformation strategy and execution roadmap, and partner with business owners to define and implement new business processes and policies.
  
• This role supports a large enterprise transformation initiative and is focused on business process reengineering, not technology implementation.
  

Responsibilities

• Document current-state business processes across front-office and back-office functions.
  
• Design future-state business processes and operational workflows.
  
• Develop the overall process reengineering strategy and execution roadmap.
  
• Collaborate with business owners to define and implement new business processes and policies.
  
• Lead process improvement initiatives supporting the organization's future-state operating model.
  

Requirements

• Experience leading enterprise process reengineering initiatives.
  
• Experience documenting current-state and future-state business processes.
  
• Experience in developing process transformation strategies and execution plans.
  
• Experience working directly with business owners to implement process improvements.
  
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
  
• Experience with AI workflow process reengineering or AI workflow integration.
  
• Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
  

Bonus:

• Experience using Scribe for process documentation (HIGHLY PREFERRED)
