Als Key Account Manager übernimmst du die Verantwortung für deine Kunden von der Beratung bis zur Entwicklung neuer Projekte. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unserem Projektmanagement zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass Kunden unsere Lösungen bestmöglich einsetzen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für deine Accounts über das gesamte WWM-Leistungsspektrum
  • Konvertierung von qualifizierten Leads (SQLs) zu aktiven Kunden
  • Betreuung Deines Kundenstamms im Bereich Eventlogistik
  • Betreuung Deines Kundenstamms im Bereich Messebau
  • Betreuung Deines Kundenstamms im Bereich virtuelle & hybride Veranstaltungen
  • Cross-Selling über verschiedene Produktsegmente hinweg
