Job Title: Oracle EPBCS Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EPBCS Analyst with extensive experience in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud solutions, particularly Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and optimizing planning and forecasting solutions



Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud applications.

  • Strong expertise in Oracle EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service).

  • Deep understanding of Essbase multidimensional database concepts (BSO and ASO).

  • Experience with:

  • Planning & Forecasting

  • Budgeting

  • Scenario Modeling

  • Financial Reporting

  • Workforce Planning

  • CAPEX Planning

  • Hands-on experience with:

  • Groovy Business Rules

  • Calculation Manager

  • Data Maps

  • EPM Automate

  • REST APIs

  • FDMEE

  • Strong knowledge of financial planning and FP&A processes.

  • Experience integrating EPM solutions with ERP platforms.

  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Oracle ARCS and Narrative Reporting (NR).

  • Knowledge of Oracle FCCS, PCMCS, and other Oracle EPM Cloud products.

  • Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.

  • Experience working within large enterprise application ecosystems.

  • Exposure to cloud-based automation and integration frameworks.

  • Understanding of Oracle EPM AI capabilities and emerging AI-driven planning solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong techno-functional Oracle EPM professional.

  • Ability to interact effectively with Finance leadership and business stakeholders.

  • Proven experience delivering EPM implementations, enhancements, and support engagements.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

  • Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
