What does a Vice President of Global Accounts at TaskUs really do? Think of yourself as the strategic architect and operational anchor for one of our most prestigious, high-growth global portfolios in the next-generation connectivity and aerospace/deep-tech space. Spanning in key delivery sites, you will align global operations to deliver flawless execution.

You are a transformative change-agent who bridges regional gaps, ensuring that best practices, technical breakthroughs, and operational efficiencies flow seamlessly across borders. You will own the client relationship at an executive level, balancing complex technical support demands for disruptive consumer technology with aggressive sales conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

As the Vice President of Global Accounts, you will:

  • Drive Global Operational Excellence: Oversee operational delivery across 5 global sites in Colombia, Mexico, Egypt, and NAM, ensuring consistent, world-class performance for a high-profile technology client.

  • Own Key Dependency Metrics: Hold ultimate accountability for critical KPIs across all LOBs.

  • Cross-Regional Knowledge Transfer: Standardize processes and foster a culture where lessons learned in one region immediately elevate the performance of the others.

  • Strategic Client Partnership: Act as the primary operational interlocutor for the client's executive leadership. Support Quarterly Business Reviews with data-driven thought leadership, proactive scaling strategies, and growth opportunities.

  • Financial & Forecast Management: Establish clear operational goals, analyze portfolio growth, and provide highly accurate forecasting, capacity planning, and progress reports.

  • Synergistic Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with internal Client Services, Quality Assurance, and WFM teams to present a unified front to the client.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive Operations Leadership experience within a BPO setting, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-site global accounts.

  • Extended experience in leading large-scale operations preferably within the Telecommunications, Internet Service Provider (ISP), or Subscription-Based Consumer Hardware sectors.

  • Demonstrated success managing complex portfolios that simultaneously handle high-tier Technical Support/Hardware Troubleshooting and Inbound/Outbound Sales.

  • Deep experience managing operations in LATAM (specifically Colombia/Mexico); understanding the nuances of nearshore vs. offshore (Egypt) delivery models is highly preferred.

  • Strong financial and analytical acumen; a proven history of optimization around AHT and Sales Conversion in high-volume environments.

  • Exceptional presentation and executive-level communication skills. Must be fully bilingual (English and Spanish).

  • A genuine passion for revolutionary tech solutions, global connectivity, satellite/aerospace verticals, or disruptive consumer electronics.

  • Familiarity with the operational realities of wireless or satellite networks, including managing queue spikes caused by network anomalies, regional weather events, or global firmware updates is highly preferred.

  • Ability to travel 50% internationally to support global sites and client headquarters.
