Your Team, Your Impact

Marvell is seeking a highly motivated and talented Principal Optical Product Engineer to join a dynamic product engineering team focused on fiber optics products. This role offers a fast-paced environment with strong growth potential. You will collaborate closely with the U.S.-based design team, local product engineers, and oversea contract manufacturers to drive new product introduction into high-volume manufacturing.

What You Can Expect

  • As a Principal Technical Manager, you will collaborate closely with the U.S.-based design team, local Taiwan product engineers, and overseas contract manufacturers to drive new product introduction into high-volume manufacturing.
  • Lead product and process transfers to overseas CMs.
  • Partner with overseas CMs to develop and enhance process capabilities for next-generation products.

What We're Looking For

  • Master’s degree or above.
  • Minimum 9+ years of experience in fiber optics product engineering.
  • Strong background in optical sub-assembly and fiber alignment.
  • Experience with DFM and FMEA required.
  • Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing contract manufacturers or in manufacturing operations.
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
