#972 - AI Engineer (Data Intelligence Chatbot)

We're seeking an AI Engineer to build a next-generation Data Intelligence Chatbot for a Connected TV (CTV) advertising platform. The solution will enable business users to interact with multiple advertising and analytics data sources through natural language, providing instant insights, reporting, and data exploration capabilities.

The ideal candidate has experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, data pipelines, vector search architectures, and production AI applications.

Required Experience:

• Native Portuguese and/or Spanish language.
• Advanced English level (B2/C1/C2) to ensure fluent communication with the customer and across teams.
• +5 years of experience in AI Engineering, with strong Python development experience.
• Experience building RAG applications in production environments.
• Experience with:
• AWS Bedrock
• Embeddings and vector databases
• Data ingestion and ETL pipelines
• Retrieval optimization techniques
• Experience designing scalable cloud-native solutions.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM application development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with advertising, analytics, or marketing data.
• Experience building conversational AI or enterprise chatbots.
• Experience with vector search technologies and semantic retrieval.
• Experience designing data lakes and large-scale data architectures.
• Familiarity with evaluation frameworks for RAG systems.
• Knowledge of CTV, digital advertising, or audience measurement platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop a multi-source RAG platform using AWS Bedrock.
• Build data ingestion and transformation pipelines across multiple business systems.
• Create embedding generation and vector search workflows.
• Design and optimize retrieval strategies for structured and unstructured data.
• Develop prompt engineering frameworks for reliable and accurate responses.
• Build a conversational chatbot interface for business users.
• Design data models and metadata strategies to improve retrieval quality.
• Implement monitoring, evaluation, and performance optimization for AI systems.
• Work closely with product, analytics, and engineering teams to define chatbot capabilities and user experiences.
